Hello,
there was "guid" field in plugin info array in MyBB 1.6. There is also this field in MyBB 1.8 but... there is no any information about guid on developers control panel. Should I remove it, or wait for guid?

I don't believe guids are needed for the new mods site, so feel free to remove it

'They probably still work for MyBB 1.6 using the old mods site, once users update to 1.8 or the plugin is removed/hidden from the old mods site it gets useless.

We removed guids and replaced them with codenames, so as Euan said, you can remove the GUID from now on.
Don't mess up with the wrong pipsqueaks!
