403 Forbidden at newreply.php
Some users on my forum are getting this error when posting a reply, while others can post them:
Also note a user who always finds this error with his machine, can post a reply with from his smartphone.
I've checked the newreply.php file has the necessary permissions (644).
I'm afraid it's a private forum so I can't give you its url...
What could it be?

Strange... I can reply on a thread but not in another. Both threads already contain messages from my user.
The "System Health" page says "All of the required files and directories have the proper CHMOD settings."
All the users are administrators.
