is old plugins cause high cpu load..?

Hi i am using notify reply, hide link from guest is it cause high cpu load i am using shared hostinh
Ram 2 gb
Space 500 mb

On shared servers the CPU load is the combined load from all accounts on the server. It likely is not your site causing it. If the Notify Reply plugin is coded well, it isn't server intensive. I haven't actually looked at it, but it only should be making an ajax request when you submit.
