I'm wondering how I'd go about making this compatible with MyBB 1.8?

Yes, I've changed the compatibility setting to 18*, and the plugin installs fine, I can load it in the ACP.

It lists all the users that have sent PMs to who, but when I click a PM to open it (It should open in a JavaScript window), nothing happens?

Any ideas?

I'm wondering why you would want to hack into your members privacy.
Ever heard of "confidentiality of the mail"?

"hack"? I could see the PMs from the PhpMyAdmin if I wanted I guess, but a plugin to manage PMs from the ACP is much more convenient.

It's not to invade member privacy.
On my forum a lot of users make deals with eachother & me being able to read PMs allows me to make better judgement on who the scammers are.

I don't use it to invade privacy at all Rolleyes

whatever is the reason, and though support is denied, here is the required plugin for MyBB 1.8.x => Private Message Log

Support appears to be denied for a lot of 'quality' members here.

I personally don't see why you shouldn't help someone if they help others.

I've posted contributions & my opinions on other peoples threads in attempts to help them, it's only common courtesy to do the same, is it not?

Thanks for the link, also.

Support is denied for those who break the support eligibility guidelines. If you want support, you follow the guidelines. If you break them, you get the support denial badge. Staff members and others may provide support to those denied support at their discretion.
