Hello I want to know how I can add a border around the site as a forum for example here, I posted a picture for example  Huh

So is it solved or not? If yes, please always post your solution. If not, you shouldn't mark your post as best answer, otherwise people will think it's solved.

Also, no idea what you mean by 'framework'..

I could not add the frame (border) in the CSS of the site, was 1.6 in such a gray border and a 1.8 does not exist in global.css I searched and did not find the function underpass

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CSS_frameworks - this has nothing to do with your description.

From the looks of screenshot, you're talking about either:
a) background - should be added to #content in global.css
b) shadow - should be added to .wrapper in global.css
Which one is it?
