[General] Cannot Upload Avatars

Alright...

This is about my third thread and have not got an answer

So my members cannot upload Avatars. They can use the direct url route, but not upload. When they browse and upload, the avatar just doesn't show up.

The weird thing is...

The avatar will show up on the index page but not in the threads.

I have my CHMODS and routes right. So what can I do to fix this annoying glitch thats been bothering me so much!
