MYBB ERROR 1062 - Duplicate entry !! Please Help

i have a problem with my mybb forum
whith user reregistration !
right now user cant register on my forum ! because of the mybb error !!
this is my error ::

then i want to remove Primary key to solution the error but i cant because this error !!
