forum-king rules

I want to create my rules just like forum-king.com but there is one problem, i want my rules aswell in the news area, but if im doing that, it is availible on all web pages. How i can fix this problem?

could not understand. where does that forum has the rules - and what is news area (header / portal)

click on their forum on news and announcements, just click on it where they have their news, if you click on it you see above the forums the rules and stuff like that, its only on news, i like that idea aswell, but dont know how it works.

each and every forum can have its own set of rules. this feature is available through forum management (see this reply)
