Does anyone know of a way to get IPs from Private Messages when some are spammed?

We've have had an issue with a user's account compromised and they sent only PM's but we don't know the IP to block that IP.

if you are using recent version of MyBB then check in the privatemessages table of the database

and user should be having registration IP and last known IP
