[How To?] How to add an extra box in the user CP?

On my website, I have the ability to use HTML to style your profile in the user CP. One of my profile moderators suggested that I add another box, similar to the "Bio" box, that would serve as a box for codes. So you could have the one box for you info, and use the other for styling. Is it possible to add a second "Bio" box? If so, would it be possible to make it to where my users wouldn't have to add the "<style>" tags in order to style in this box? If not, please tell me. I am mainly just interested in adding a fully functional second bio box in the user CP.
