Can't use smiles

I have created that folder & have copied the jquery-.ui.js file in there. I do not have a photo.gif for mages/icons/photo.gif

mybb came with photo.png

Well, photo.gif is irrelevant here, the smilies work now for me, refresh your cache if they don't for you.
