On my forum when a user post, it shows "6 hours ago" instead "12:23:00 07/01/2015

for yesterday it shown "yesterday 12:35", instead date and correct time.

how i can show the second way?

I was interested in this one too. So I downloaded it and tried to install it, but it seems that it needs "PluginLibrary". And according to the documentation this is not ready for 1.8x. How did you solve this, simply change

compatability => 16 to 18

in the pluginlibrary.php file?

^ PluginLibrary doesn't need activation and basically it should work as is.
if required you can change the compatibility line. or you can use development version of it

This plugin works fine. I have been using it over 4 months on my mybb 1.8 forum without any problem

Anyway there should be settings added for this into core

It works with me now too.
I agree that this should be an option in the standard AdminCP. I hate plugins because of problems with upgrading to new versions.
