I was just wondering if there's such a thing as a ban-history feature (or plugin) at all for tracking when/how often certain members have been temporarily banned.

Close but not quite what I'm looking for, and not something I really want public, but for staff view only

You should consider in getting a paid ban list, cus the public ones is not good as paid ones.
