Please keep in mind that I never suggested he not distribute the theme or anything of the sort.

I pointed out design similarities and suggested ways to make it look less like UI.X (Which I think the header is certainly the same), however the bottom line is I don't care one way or the other, that decision was imagined and made by the theme owner.

They are very different!

Forums in the two columns are not beautiful. I'd made a list in one column.
Also very good if the design was adaptive for mobile devices.

Actually, UI.X have the option where you change from columns to rows. Most Audentio themes have it.
