[How To?] Move mybb from one subdomain to domain directory by changing host

Hello

I want to move Mybb from Subdomain i.e. forum.domain.com to domain.com/forum. Both domain and subdomain are on different hosting account. Will the below tutorial help me because I think the below tutorial is just for moving from one host to another host. Its not about change from subdomain to directory.

you have to move MyBB system files & folders from the subfolder to the domain folder and change board url & cookie settings.

first they should be changed in ~/inc/settings.php file
and immediately at the General Configuration (or at site details for MyBB 1.8.x) settings of admin panel.
