Problem with forum time zone.

I am confused out of my head IRT time zones.

I just went to the ACP and verified that the forum time zone is correct - but every single user on my forum is complaining the TZ is out of whack. 

Is there something immensely simple I am missing?

user control panel has an option for time zone setting - every member has to set it correctly to get required time zone

Okay, and assuming they have not - am I forced to go through each and every registration to set their TZ?

^ No. if there are just a few members then you might go through each profile & adjust the time zone
here is the better way => how set same time zone to all users
