I have set permissions for some moderators to moderate on forum only it is not working still above are the screenshots.. I repeat moderate one forum only not all!

What do you want to do? On the 3rd screenshot you're moderating their new posts/thread/etc. - so they will be unapproved by default. If you want that group to moderate (instead of being moderated) a forum, add that group to ACP -> Forums & Posts -> [any forum] -> Moderators -> Add a usergroup as Moderators

Edit: delayed response

remove the custom permissions set for the service team group (last image) for Review HeadQuarters forum

those custom permissions actually mean that their posts in that section are kept in moderation !

instead, you have to add the group as moderators for that specific forum

at the forum management (forums & posts section)
click on options button next to that specific forum and select moderators to set moderators
