So I would like to have multiple group images in the postbit and profile, but only for specific primary usergroups. For example, an "Owner" usergroup can have multiple group images in the postbit and profile, but a usergroup named "Premium" can't, and can only choose 1 to display.

Not sure you'll be able to do this without a custom plugin. As far as I'm aware you are unable to do this in the core with an existing plugin.

There is a plugin to show multiple group images but you don't have the requested customisation over it.
