PMing users with PMs disabled.

Hi,

I am having trouble trying to get this option to work correctly. I will state that I am a super mod but I work closely with the admin.

Admin have priviledges to PM users who have their PMs disabled in User CP. I was also granted the permission to use this option but for some reason when activated for the super mod usergroup I still cannot PM users unless they activate PMs first or I do it for them.

Is anyone able to shed some light on this issue?

Not with only these details. PM with board URL and an admin account to check it would be welcome.
