Can I edit the user/ member agreement?

When someone signs up to use my board they are required to check off that they are in agreement. Can I edit or add to this wording?

Of course you can.

ACP -> Configuration -> Languages -> Select Your Language -> Edit -> member.lang.php -> CTRL + F "agreement" and the few entries below you can edit all of the agreement.
