MyBB already has video playing facility from popular video sites (eg. youtube)
can you elaborate your requirement .. see also AutoMedia plugin

yes i know about that but im talking about uploaded videos to my website not embedded links if a video attached or uploaded to my website how do i post in a thread

which type of videos you like to use ? I hope you are aware of bandwidth issues ..
basically you have to use different type of MyCodes for playing the uploaded videos
