1.8 Add username (sender) in PM

I notice that if a user is deleted, any PM from him have "N/A" as sender, whereas posts (and threads) have the username.

It could be userfull to save the username into the privatemessages table.

And it could give the possibility to send "system private messages" to users, without creating / using a real user account.

Though that would probably be a nice feature I doubt that it'll be included in 1.8 as the user ids are saved in an serialized array. Including the username somewhere in there would be pretty hard (without breaking compatibility).

IIRC user id "0" is showed as "MyBB Engine" though.
