Respond has been updated to 1.6.0.

I have made many updates, changes and improvements, including the addition of an off-canvas nav:

Live Preview has been updated.  It now allows you to quickly and easily preview Respond and how it looks at different screen widths and also with different Bootstrap themes. Try it out today!

Thanks, works great!

Some questions:

1. is it possible to always display the footer?
2. is it possible to take the normal avatar pictures and not the rounded ones?
3. is it possible to fine tune the postbit and show e.g. the number of posts of a user directly and not in the popup?
4. is it possible to always show the signature of a post?
