Yes I'm admin ;D (there are 3 other admins - every admin with full rights)

^ admin panel >> users & groups >> admin permissions >> click on admin user name >>
Templates & Style (tab) --> Can use template editor? --> select yes & update permissions

if changing admin permissions for individual admin user is not allowed then
you can edit Group Permissions for administrators group.

looks like the admin part was not installed successful - is there a way to run kind of debug install of plugins ?

^ have you tried deactivating, uninstalling & re-installing the plugin ?

if direct help required, assuming that you have a legit forum (see support eligibility policy)
you may PM me temporary access to forum admin panel & files (FTP) to check it
