Odd login problem. on 1.8.5

I have two forums I'll call them “A” and “B”

I log into my forums for administration from multiple devises.

I use an Android phone with Firefox no problem getting into A or B.

An Ipad mini, with Safari no problem getting into A or B.

An HP laptop with Firefox no problem getting into A or B.

A Dell laptop with Firefox  on a docking station used as my desk top, Can't login to A but can log into B

When I try to loginto A from the Dell the forum says “You have been successful logged in” then it returns to the login page. As if in a loop.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
V&B
