Enhanced Account Switcher - sidebar styling
I've installed the Enchanced Account Switcher plug-in onto my site, and I'm trying to modify the styling of the sidebar so that it doesn't overlap with the other sidebars - I've successfully altered the size, colours and borders to my requirements (or near enough, anyway, still need to tweak them a bit)... but what I can't figure out is how to move the sidebar from the left side to the right side. If possible, I'd also like to remove the 'attached accounts' header from the top of the sidebar, and instead have 'accounts' displayed on the edge of the sidebar, to match the other sidebars.

Edit: I also have a problem where there are two jquery's in the headerinclude template. If I remove one, Enhanced Account Switcher stops working... but if I leave both of them in there, regular login stops working. I'd kind of like to have it that BOTH work, but I'm not sure how to achieve this.
