[How To?] MyBB editor bar dissappear when "Full Edit"

When I clicked on the "Full Edit" button (even "Quick Edit") a post, which I made to test how the new 1.8 layout looks like, and I can't see the editor bar (Bold button, Quote button, etc.) in the Edit section.

I don't have much knowledge with coding stuffs so I don't know how to fix this. I will be really grateful if you guys can tell me how to make this happen. This will be really helpful for the members when they want to retouch their post if they aren't satisfy.

what is your forum url & which theme you are using ? quick edit doesn't has editor bar in default MyBB system

I tried some theme but I decided to stick the default theme, I'm using the default theme "color_twilight.css".
