MyBB editor bar dissappear when "Full Edit"/"Quick Edit"

I tried some theme but I decided to stick the default theme, I'm using the default theme "color_twilight.css".

When I clicked on the "Full Edit" button (even "Quick Edit") a post, which I made to test it I can't see the editor bar (Bold button, Quote button, etc.) in the Edit section.
