need help , very novice user

okay so i really want to make my own forum . I know there is like a 30min videos on youtube etc , but idk any of these terms such as the coding etc ........ so should i learn html and ccs3 ?? i just want to know every term so i can make my own forum

It is very helpful to know HTML and CSS when making a theme. Just try playing around with 'inspect element' and theme styles/templates and you will start to see what works and what doesn't. There are some good short videos out there which will show you what you need. Good luck.
