Hi, if I have forum that is like a Private Support forum, where users can only see their own threads ... is there a way to let them see a stuck thread in there from Admin so they can read items such as instructions, rules, etc.?

Global Announcement shows up in all forums.. but you can add forum specific Announcements as well...
