Can MyBB support vendor review App ?

I need to create an app that has a list of vendors that can be rated on a variety of categories, e.g., service, response, attitude, etc. Users can add comment for a given category in a form like and also be given a chance to rate the vendor on same category.

Can this be done with MyBB?
