1.8 More flexible permission system.

Instead of throwing all the permissions such as lock topic , delete topic , move topic etc etc all into "super moderator" under grou permissions.
How about we get something more laid out.. Such as a checkbox system:

"Can user move any topics? [ x ] "
"Can user move own topics? [ x ]"


Can user delete any post ? [ x ]
Can user delete own post? [ x ]

Can user delete own topic? [ x ] 
Can user delete any topic? [ x ] 
 etc etc

I love this feature,
sometimes we need to add more permissions to a user, and i think it is not good to have one or more separate groups created for this !
