Admin able to modify posts, threads of Superadmin

Hi In 1.8, 
Admin is able to modify post, threads etc made by superadmin.
ideally it should not be happened.
i have already change superadmin to 1 in config.php file even it not working.
how to solve this.

The superadmin is just a core user which can't be managed by regular admins, they don't have extra privileges over regular admins when it comes to general moderation.

Yea, just tell the other admins that they are not allowed to edit the boss's posts. if they do you can see who did it in the logs.
