How has community.mybb.com placed information above the threads and below the header?

Certainly I could edit the code, or modify some css; however, I'd rather not reinvent the wheel. Is this a function of the ACP I'm overlooking?

Thank you!

I know there are atlest 3 plugins that do this, But for simple effects

AdminCP->Templates & Themes->Templates->YourThemeName->Index Templates->Index

Find {$forums} or what ever and above it make a simple div class, and make your own!

for example:

<div class="stylename"><b>Notifications blah blah blah</b></div><br><br>
If I help please +1 me!

That's what I thought and the direction I was heading. I was going to feel silly if I did that and later discovered there was a setting in the ACP for it.

Thanks!
