Your forum works fine on my end. Chrome on Windows 10. Make sure to clear your cookies.

Since you can access it from your phone it is possible that the server blacklisted your IP due to failed logging attempts to cPanel/ftp.

If clearing cookies doesn't help please reply with the following information:
* When did this issue appear for the first time? Have you uploaded new plugins to your server?
* Is your phone and PC connected to the same wifi router?
