[Paid] Splash Page

Requirement:

Splash page displayed to all users upon site visit with some info/images, should be like a 'hover' page above the actual window - like some log in screens where the background is greyed out

Once user closes the window it does not reappear in this session (or based on customized period of time depending on usergroup)

Content in the splash page to be customized (ACP and/or ModCP)

Must be compatible with 1.8.4+

Plugin must be kept exclusive.
