mrmod. It should be possible to help him without making a commercial of another company . Yes there is betters hosts then ipage, but he CAN GET THIS work with the host he is using.

You don't have to be sorry. I just want to help him where he is, not just offer other solutions.
well i found a solution on the forum and it worked too, i think the issue is solved now without upgrading the site or changing the host. thank you every one for your help
 i appreciated it.
