Hello MyBB Community,

I have a problem with a MyBB 1.8 forum. Two users forgot their passwords and requested new ones. They clicked the link they got in the e-mail to request a new password. After that the e-mail with the new password arrived. However when they try to login with that new password it does not work. I had to resort to manually changing the passwords for them via AdminCP.

Any ideas?

No, this has been forbidden and the feature was disabled.

I can PM you the forum URL and you can create a test account to test it.
Bump. Any idea? Really need to have this fixed.
