empty white screen on plugins

Hi trying to help a friend...


White screen shows when we try to open plugin page no plugin shows and on cache it shows 1kb of cache only... Can anyone please suggest the fix for this?

a plugin could be faulty
some of plugins files location could be incorrect
a plugin file could be corrupt / broken

if server error log is available then it might have a clue for the plugins white page

else move all plugin files to a temporary folder (eg. inc/temp )
and move back selective files to plugins folder & check loading of plugins page sequentially ..
