I created a forum but new members can't make Threads.

As administrator I can make new threads.

 What settings must be changed?

Yes, I'm using the latest version of MyBB.

Navigate to your ACP and check under "Forum & Posts" that members have the correct permissions to post in the relevant forum(s).
Plugin Count: I lost count.
