When trying to save my Index template, I get a web error saying "This webpage is not available". Even when I just try to save the template as is, without any changes, I get the error.

The website has been operational for years and is fine, so I don't think it would be a bug in the code...

I can save other templates just fine, so not sure why all of a sudden this specific one won't allow any changes...

Can anyone assist with debugging, or may have possibly experienced this issue before.

MyBB 1.6 is no longer supported. But in the future if you are looking for help it would be extremely beneficial to give people more information like what template it is, what are you trying to change, etc.

This webpage not available doesn't seem like a MyBB error though...I would look elsewhere.

looks like it is related to Mod_security. it would be better to contact your web host and ask to disable such additional security !

Yeh the Index template, just called 'index' in the acp... also happens on the header include... What Im trying to change didn't really seem relevant as I mentioned it happens even if I just try to save the template straight after opening it.

Might be code related but seems strange as its all valid php and was saving correctly previously... If there is any debugging places I could like like error logs or watevs that may be useful, I just dont know where they are

mod_security already being disabled in htaccess, but had web host turn it off just to be sure... didn't fix the issue Sad

As a work around i just directly updated the mybb table for this template.. :/
