[How To?] Remove all IP Bans

Hi there. Unfortunately due to purge spammer we've ended up with thousands and thousands of IPs that have been banned. Quite unmanageable. Is there a way to completely wipe anything that's been banned? I was thinking of clearing the database table, but am unsure if it'd wreck havoc on any other part of the database.
