Merging from IPB 2.3

Hi,

I give a sort of IT support for a community an they are thinking about changing their forum software. They asked me to bring them some options and MyBB seems to be a very interesting one!
The problem is that their current software is the IPB version 2.3 and MyBB Merge Software only works with IPB 3 and 4, right?
Is there a recommended way to proceed?

It sounds like you might be able to convert to something like SMF and then from there to MyBB. Sorry that we don't have a module built for it!

IPB 2.3 is old enough to give us some headache, so I can understand why you don't have a module for it.
