Drop down menu not working

For some reason, My drop down menu for "Control panel" isnt working anymore. I click on it and it just adds a "#" after any page im on. 

Any idea on how to fix?

Also when i click login, It now makes it go to http://evilforums.net/member.php?action=login
instead of the interface staying up to login

working fine for me (firefox browser). if you are still facing it then close & reopen your browser and check again

It probably is due to browser, if nothing else il clear cache, Thanks for support.
