i want to know if i can merg 1phpbb3 and 1 vb4.2.2 board
to 1 mybb

i only want to merg users (name, pw and email)

does it works?
or is there a other workaround?

Basically it's possible, however you likely need to import usergroups too as most user modules require that. Also you can't select which data exactly is merged by the user module, some other data like birthdays will also be merged.

is there a chance to syndicate?
i´m uncertain about dublicated entries.
is there a how to avaible?

If both username and email are the same, the users will be merged (means, that the data from the existing user (the one from the first board) will be kept, but posts/threads and so on (which you don't merge) from the second one wouldbe associated with the first one).
If the username already exists, but the email adresses are different, the new user (means from the second board) will be renamed to something like

{oldusername}_vBulletin4_import{randomNumber}

can i export the thinks that i want from the mysql db and copy to the mybb db?
i think its easier then merg with an tool

No as the sql tables are quite different and some of the data needs to be updated.
