well idk, I thought you had this one installed and that was the one I tried out... because I've at least 12 fields on thankyou/like settings.

This one is better as mine, using Thanks 3.9.2 right now, it does his job.
If I use your Plugin, do you think I can modify it like in my current forum.

installing the ThankYou/Like plugin, would require to modify things, to make it look like what you have right now on your forums. it's much easier and fast, if you keep your currently ThankYou plugin and try XEM Fast Reputation like @Destroy666 recommended. 

but it's really up to you.
