Report/Rep button doesn't work

The rep and report button doesn't do anything at the moment,
nothing appear like popup model after clicked.
I done a lot of research and still couldn't fix this,
I guess it is something related to jQuary.

I can give an admin account for myBB staff who can help me fix it.
