Looks like a theme made for 1.6 in 2009.

Looks like a theme made for 1.6 in 2009.

The original started back in the 1.2.x days roughly around 2007 or so and the several variants released all with permission of original author of the very same theme had specific release terms posted by all authors of the various versions that clearly stated not removing credits, hence why I was shocked when this author tried to sell me this theme when I private messaged him in regards to the interest of seeing an old theme I had also worked on back then perhaps being reborn in these days.


For example from P@trick:

Important:

1. You are not allowed to remove the MyBBDesign.com copyright, even if you modify the theme!
2. You can publish your modified version of the design, but keep the copyright!

And for another example from Vintagedaddyo:

You may not remove or change the MyBB copyright nor the Theme Designed by: "MyBBDesign" nor the Design Enhanced by: SloDesignz nor the Theme Group by: MyBBThemes statements in the footer of this theme's templates. You may use and modify this theme to your personal likings, but redistributing a modified version for download is prohibited, unless you have explicit written permission from "P@trick" of MyBBDesign, as well as explicit written permission from the MyBB Themes Team and or "Vintagedaddyo" of Slodesignz, though you are allowed to redistribute a copy that has not been modified.

And another example from Eric J:

Important:
1. You are not allowed to remove the copyright, even if you modify the theme!
2. You can publish your modified version of the design, but keep the copyright!

etc, etc.....

Thanks for commenting Man . Yes in pm i told you that i am selling this theme but when i complete this theme i release it free and this theme is completely different theme than old vb themes made for each 1.X.X .

interesting, hence why I requested previously to see the source as to determine out of interest whether or not it was a complete different theme or a re-build like you originally claimed it was. Also perhaps renaming it and not saying it is a rebuild or a v3 of  an already titled theme might clear up any future confusion as well as not using say for example the logo or any other images from the original..., else the license terms still should apply

like the logo you used from the original  in this just for one example:


As just for a simple example this back then would have been considered a continuation/re-build as would any other variants released at that time and held to license terms:



Now say something like this just for random humorous example would be considered a completely different work and not held to the same release terms of original author of MyBulletin:



Though I must say, good job so far and I am having fun playing under the hood.... brings back memories...
