Move the User details

its possible to move that zoon where is the user details .
its left vertical . i want it to be UP Orizontal ..

ACP > Configuration > Show Thread Options > Display posts using the horizontal post layout

that is related to admin panel setting and also user option

admin panel >> configuration (settings) >> Show Thread Options >> Post Layout
--> Display posts using the horizontal post layout --> select it and save settings

user control panel >> Edit Options --> Thread View Options --> Display posts in classic mode --> deselect it and save options

after i moved the user details and i change the color for the backgorund i have this problem 


as you see , the defult black color appear as white , 
and the quote test and code test not appear at all because its white over white 
how i solve that
