How to make it so ONLY Administrators, and Super-Moderators CAN use:
SIZE and COLOR  in MyCode ?

for MyBB  1.6.x preferably

Example: if a "REGULAR" user tries to go around  it and TYPE in  

 [size=30] TEXT [/size] or [size=xx-large] TEXT [/size]

or 
 [color=pink] TEXT  [/color] 

then MyBB would IGNORE that attempt by "regular" user or UNAUTHORIZED GROUP(s).
